We currently ship across all serviceable pin codes in India. For remote or unserviceable areas, our team will connect with you to discuss the most feasible delivery option.
2. Order Processing Time
- All confirmed B2B orders are processed within 2-4 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- Custom or bulk-made-to-order items may take longer to process. The specific timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
3. Shipping Partners
We partner with reliable national logistics providers such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, and DTDC for secure and trackable shipments.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated based on order volume, weight, and delivery location.
- Shipping costs (if applicable) will be clearly communicated at the time of invoicing.
- For large-volume orders, we offer negotiated or subsidized shipping rates.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
- Once dispatched, orders typically take 7-10 business days for delivery, depending on the destination.
- Metro cities and tier-1 locations: 4-6 business days
- Tier-2, Tier-3 cities, and remote areas: 6-8 business days

- For bulk or custom orders with special packing or delivery requirements (e.g., festival deadlines, retail-ready packaging), please contact us at the time of placing the order.

- If you receive a damaged shipment or if the package is lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery).
