Return/Exchange Policy

At Geetha, your satisfaction is our first priority. We will go out of our way to provide you with the best quality product following a standard quality check protocol.

Return / Refund Eligibility : We do not accept any return/exchange. However, incase there is a clear defect/damage found in our product, you must let us know within 7 days of receiving it. 

You can contact us at geethatextiles25@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exchange Policy:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your parcel. Once approved, we will ask you to select any other product in exchange and we will dispatch the product once the GST paperwork is cleared from both end.
